The Beginning

Ah yes, the First Post. I’ve written my blogs first post more times than I care to admit. It always starts with a grand idea of writing more, sharing my thoughts, usually with a statement like “at least one post a week”. Invariably I get the first post written, and maybe one or two more before it becomes Just Another Dead WordPress blog.

This time is different. How? It starts with an honest About which then forms a realistic mission statement. That is, I just don’t have time to write everything I’m thinking down so instead I’ll post links to the topics I’m currently thinking about. I don’t mean to simply leach the hard work of others but instead aim to maintain a sort of historical stream of consciousness that, at worst, I can reflect back on, and at best, spark a discussion on the topic with those who happened across this site and share a similar set of interests.

So if you’ve made it this far, found something of interest, then leave a passing thought and I promise to leave one back … eventually.
