Buckwallow (Revisited)

I said in my last Buckwallow post that I would be returning again this year.  Return I did.  This time for a late season fall ride with a larger group of friends.  Cold weather riding gear helped manage the 4 degree (C) temperature at the start of the ride but it didn’t take long for the adrenaline, and the exercise, to feel like any other summer riding day.  With all the fall colours and the crisp, cool air to breath I’d rate this visit better than the last.  I also wrote how good the trails were maintained, Buckwallow is afterall, a section of northern Canadian shield and forest.  It’s the fall season, leaves fall off trees, in great quantity, yet every trail was completely blown off. I mean no leaves, perfect visibility! It just doesn’t get better.

This time I took my camera kit and we stopped to snag a few action shots.
